Sega has finally revealed the western release date ofYakuza: Like a Dragon, November 13. The game will launch on this date on PS4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Windows 10.
Yakuza: Like a Dragonfirst launched in Japan on July 29, 2025.It’s a PS4 exclusive over there. The game, titledRyu Ga Gotoku 7 Hikari to Yami no Yukuein the archipel, is a full-fledged turn-based JRPG unlike its predecessors. Considering the huge amount of text anyYakuzagame as, this is definitely faster than what you could usually expect when it comes to Japanese games' localization. A world wide release would definitely be nice for future entries though.
Note that the release dates for the PS5 version and the Xbox Series X version of the game weren’t announced. Needless to say,Yakuza: Like A Dragonlaunching November 13 doesn’t mean that the next-generation consoles will be out by then.
The game will be available on Xbox Series X on the console’s “launch day”, and is “TBA” for PS5.

Yakuza: Like A Dragonmainly takes place in Yokohama and stars Ichiban Kasuga, the first new main protagonist in the history of the franchise. Ichiban’s story will make him cross path with friends and foes, and he and his party members can have access to over 20 different Jobs. Each with different attires and skills.
In Japan,Yakuza: LADalso recently got a DLC pack adding New Game +, new difficulty modes, a bonus dungeon, and a lot more. That DLC was virtually free at first. While not confirmed yet, it’s likely all this content will be included from the start in the western version. Theofficial English Twitter accountfor the series will surely mention that in the next few weeks.
