“To be honest,you’vegot to have areally, reallythick skin to be a filmmaker because you getheavily,heavily criticized regardless of the means and the resources you have.”

The filmmaker further explainedwhat could have been the reasoningbehind such a low score.

“When your film is out there like that, itliterallygets directly compared to Marvel films, even thoughyou’reon 0.01% of their budget. We probablydidn’thave their catering budget!They’resubstantially different. But because of the scale Winnie went to, a lot of the critics did almost like-for-like comparisons.”
