TheSeason 5 updatehas arrived forWarzone 2DMZ, bringing with it an array of new features and developments to the storyline. While the new Field Upgrades are sure to switch up the gameplay in this extraction shooter mode, DMZ grinders will also be pleased to know that the brand-new Shadow Company faction has been added to the game - featuring five tiers of missions for you to complete.

Battle Plansis a mission for Tier 1 of the Shadow Company faction as of Season 5, and consists of two total objectives for you to complete. These objectives are to firstDead Drop 3 Konni Battle Notes, and thenDead Drop 3 Cargo Ship Instructions. Completing Battle Plans for Season 5 yields two rewards: a Contraband TAQ-V and 5,000 XP.
The first objective of Battle Plans tasks you withDead Dropping 3 Konni Battle Notes. Both items tied to this mission can bedropped from eliminated Konni Soldiers, but the Konni Battle Notes appears to be the rarer of the two. While Konni soldiers can be found on Al Mazrah, we suggest heading to either Vondel or Ashika Island - as their presence is pretty strong there. Konni soldiers can be identified by their signature red balaclavas and gray tactical gear.
Once you have deployed into any exclusion zone, simplyeliminate as many Konni soldiers as you can findto increase your chances of finding the battle notes. Once you have secured 3, deliver them to any Dumpster Dead Drop to fulfill the first objective - not necessarily in the same deployment.

The second and final objective of Battle Plans tasks you withDead Dropping 3 Cargo Ship Instructions. Unlike the Konni Battle Notes for the previous step, these particular mission items are acommon drop from Konni Soldiers within Strongholds- just like the Legion Deal Intel. Again, Vondel and Ashika Island are going to yield the highest spawn rate for this item, as you may find quite a lot of Konni-held Strongholds on either exclusion zone.
Start by acquiring a Stronghold Keycard and thenclear out as many Strongholds as you canto secure 3 Cargo Ship Instructions. Once you have secured all 3, deliver them into any Dumpster Dead Drop to fulfill the final stage of Battle Plans - not necessarily in the same deployment.
