Last night, four teams battled against each other in three matches to complete theValorantTwitch Rivals bracket and introduce the winner of the first series of this tournament in 2021.

TheValorantTwitch Rivals tournament is a semi-professional esports event that started later in February with eight teams of well-known Vlaorant content creators in Twitch. The final stage of the tournament was held last night, where the last four remaining teams played the Semi-Finals matches, and two teams at the end reached the Grand Finale.

In the first match, Team RayC managed to defeat Team Ploo with an epic comeback. While Team Ploo dictated a 13-8 victory in the first round in Ascent, Team RayC managed to win the next rounds in Bind and Icebox to be the first team reaching the Grand Finale. Team RayC was the first team of its group.

In the next Semi-Finals match, Team Sonii and Team QuarterJade fought for the victory. In the first round, Team QuarterJade managed to secure victory with a close result of 19-17, but Team Sonii dominated the next two rounds and eliminated the opponent from the table to meet Team RayC in the Grand Finale.

The prize pool for the tournament has been set around $22,000, of which the winner, Team RayC, received $10,000, the runner-up grabbed $7,000, and the third and fourth teams each got $5,000.

One interesting fact about Team RayC is that they were the only team in the tournament without having an ex-esports player among their team, but at the end of the day, they took the gold medal.
