Pokemon GOplayers around the world are starting to enter the second major event within the Season of Legends,Charge Up.
This brand new event is focused around Electric-type Pokemon and will feature special wild Pokemon, new 5km egg hatches and new raid bosses (again) as well as new research tasks and other bonuses.
For the first time inPokemon GOhistory, Tynamo will be available in the game. The EleFish Pokemon will be available in the wild, eggs and raids.
With that in mind, let’s check out if Tynamo has a weakness and how to take it down inPokemon GO.
Tynamo Weakness Pokemon GO
Despite looking like a fish/eel, Tynamo has no Water-typing and is a pure Electric-type Pokemon. In the mainline games, Tynamo has the levitate ability, meaning that it has no weaknesses. However, this isn’t applicable in Pokemon GO and therefore, Tynamo is weak to Ground-type Pokemon.
Best Counters For Tynamo Weakness
Thankfully for players, Tynamo does have the singular weakness to Ground moves.
With there being no Ground-type Mega Evolutions inÂPokemon GO,Âit’s best not to consider Mega Pokemon here.
The only Pokemon who can exploit Tynamo’s weakness is Ground-types. Therefore, players should bringRhyperior, Excadrill, Garchomp, Groudon and Landorusfrom this typeset. While these are the top counters,any Pokemon with Ground-type moves will do a good job here.
