The entire schedule of the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), possibly the biggest comic book convention and multi-genre entertainment event, has recently been released on their official site. While fans of every genre, art form, and franchise are excited to see the panels of their favorite TV show, one panel seems to be missing from the schedule.

This panel belongs toDragon Ball, especiallyDragon Ball Daima, which was also announced by the creators of the series a few days ago.Dragon Ball Daima, which is the fifth anime installment in theDragon Ballfranchise, was much awaited by fans for a long time, and they were supposed to reveal new information about the series at SDCC.
However, after the release of their entire schedule,Dragon Ballfans are furious that Daima’s panel has not been mentioned anywhere. Many believe that Toei Animation, the studio that createdDragon Ball, has stopped caring about theDragon Ballfranchise like it used to and is now focusing on its other works.

Although ateaser/trailerfor the series was released in January 2024, not much information was given about the series. Many fans believed that the San Diego Comic-Con would feature a panel forDragon Ball Daima, andmore details on the series, like the release date, would be revealed in the following panel.
Eventhe official site ofDragon Ballshared the news that a special booth was coming to SDCC, and fans will not only get to enjoy the rally, play the demos, etc., but also finally get to know the release date of the series, which was hinted to be in the fall of 2024. But the exclusion ofDragon Ball Daimafrom the schedule has raised some serious questions.

SDCC was going to take place from July 25th, 2024, to July 28th, 2024, andthe official scheduleof SDCC, which was released recently, has yet to mentionDragon Ball Daima. The popularDragon Ballfan page @SupaChronicles on X brought this news to light.
It has created a ruckus on the social networking platform as fans are enraged about SDCC not including aDragon Ball Daimapanel.

Dragon Ball Daimawas supposed to be a special project as it was the last series thatAkira Toriyamawas working on. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the series and hopefully, the officials will sort out the confusion and give a correct date soon enough.
