Reddit user CactusComicsrecently showed off their own talent for cardboard art by sculpting Link entirely from the unusual material. And in the vein of the many otherThe Legend of Zeldafan works, the project’s final result came out absolutely stunning:
What’s most impressive about this work is how the artist managed to create such intricate layers and details on the clothes and shield with this normally difficult to work with material. Not to mention pulling it all off with such a limited color palette. Hopefully they consider creating more characters in this style in the future.

We also have ananimated pixel art mockupof a dungeon scene fromZelda II. The winner for last year’s officialLink’s Awakeningfanworks contestwas revealed, with some great submissions from plenty of talented artists.
