The chapter starts with Lucas lying on the floor in a terrible shape. People of the town, Xyrus Academy staff, students, and everyone is happy with Arthur’s return. Lucas remembers his brother in extreme pain, and suddenly a blast occurs behind Arthur. It seems like Lucas’s wish is accepted as his brother Bairon appears along with Varay and Olfred.
Bairon is enraged to see his brother in such a poor condition, after which he prepares an attack against Arthur. Arthur tells Sylvie to evade the attack, but Bairon manages to injure both of them. Sylvie then tries to attack them, but Varey stops her by using her powers. In the meantime, Olfred also prepares his Stone Golems.
Arthur is badly injured in the attack and wonders if he could go back to the second phase. Bairon approaches Arthur while preparing an attack, but Olfred stops him. Bairon says that Arthur tortured and killed Lucas, so he will not spare his life. Olfred replies that he was the one who saved everyone from your brother. Olfred also warns Bairon to behave properly.
Bairon ignores Olfred and approaches Arthur to kill him, but Olfred uses his Stone Golems to stop him. He gets so enraged that he destroys Olfred’s Stone Golems and prepares to attack Arthur. But as he is about to attack, Varey uses her power to stop him and says that the council will decide what needs to be done with Arthur and Sylvie. People of the town are rescued while Varey arrests Lucas with a special kind of magic handcuffs. To make sure he doesn’t run away, she infuses him with a special kind of artifact.
Arthur requests Varey to release Sylvie, after which he tells Sylvie to turn back into her fox form. Sylvie asks what’s going to happen to them, to which Arthur replies that he is not sure, but they will be fine.
