Powers are otherworldly abilities inStarfieldthatcan be acquired by visiting the24 templesacross the Settled Systems. These special abilitieschange the way you experience the combat, exploration, and dialogue choices in the game.

Locating the temples requires collecting the corresponding artifacts for each of the 24 temples, which is only possible through the main quests. Powers List
There are a total of 24 powers in Starfield, each associated with the 24 temples in the game. Youfirst encounter a temple inInto the Unknownmain quest. Followed by, a new quest is added to your missions calledPower from Beyond, which pertains to discovering the remaining temples and acquiring the powers within them.
There are multiple ways to find these temple locations: planetary scans, talking toVladimir, and completing a companion quest called Worlds Apart withBarrett. The table below lists all 24 powers in the game, along with their description:

Description
Alien Reanimation
Temporarily revives dead alien creatures and causes them to attack any enemies nearby. This power does not work on humans.
Anti-Gravity Field
Creates a localized area of zero gravity, causing enemies to float in the air while making them vulnerable to attacks.
Create Vacuum
Create a small bubble around affected enemies, causing them to lose health over time.
Creators' Peace
Causes enemies to drop their weapons and run away. The power also works on hostile alien creatures.
Earthbound
Allows gravity around you to behave exactly as that on Earth. Useful when fighting enemies in low-gravity scenarios.
Elemental Pull
Automatically harvests available natural resources within the power effect radius.
Eternal Harvest
Regenerates wild flora, allowing for repeated harvesting of resources.
Gives you the ability to dash in a direction and increases the damage output for a short period of time after using the power.
Projects a gravitation force that causes enemies to ragdoll for a short time.
Creates a concentrated area of high gravity that sucks in enemies and deals minor damage over time.
Inner Demon
Creates a copy of an enemy NPC that attacks the NPC.
Life Forced
Enemies affected by Life Forced take damage over time while healing you at the same time.
Provides massive damage reduction and increases health regeneration at the cost of mobility. You are unable to move until the power wears off.
Parallel Self
Summons a friendly version of yourself along with weapon the equipped weapon.
Particle Beam
Shoots a particle beam that inflicts minor damage to enemies while terrifying them. Terrified enemies run away to recuperate. The beam has a slow travel time, making it difficult to target moving enemies.
Personal Atmosphere
Allows you to survive without oxygen for a limited period of time. It also counters carbon dioxide, making it very useful when you’re over-encumbered.
Phased Time
Slows down enemies for a duration of 10 seconds.
Precognition
Shows the path of some NPCs, allowing you to see where they might be going. Precognition can also be used before engaging in a dialogue with an NPC to predict their response.
Reactive Shield
Provides you with an antimatter shield that increases your defense and has a chance to deflect bullets. The shield only deflects bullets coming from in front of you.
Sense Star Stuff
Detects all life around you for a limited duration. This can be especially useful against human enemies at camps and outposts, allowing you to plan a strategic stealth approach before taking them out.
Solar Flare
Shoots an orb at an enemy that deals high damage to enemies over time with a chance to set them ablaze.
Sunless Space
Shoots an AOE ice projectile that freezes enemies trapped in the radius for 10 seconds.
Causes an area of effect explosion around you, damaging all enemies within the explosion radius.
Makes you invisible for a short duration, allowing you to sneak up on enemies. However, enemies will detect you if they run into you.
Certain powers have the potential to synergize with specific builds. For instance, the Void Form is excellent forstealthbuilds, and the Precognition excels when combined withSocial builds.
You can alsorank up powers to a maximum of level 10by completing themain story9 times in the new game plus mode, excluding your first playthrough. The upgrade process involves locating and interacting with all 24 temples in the game. Upgrading these powers improves their stats by either increasing the duration or damage output of corresponding powers.
