One fan created a hilariousSifumod, replacing the protagonist’s model withElden Ring’s Hidetaka Miyazaki.
Elden Ringis releasing in just a few days, and fans are beyond hyped for its arrival. Reviews have started to pour in, and the game already has an impressive97 score on Metacritic.

With all the reviews revealing exciting details about the game’s combat, lore, and world, fans have jumped in to join the hype. Endless memes and discussion threads have popped up for the game’s launch, which include a fun few fan tributes.
In a video posted to ther/EldenRing subreddit, one fan created an especially awesome mod for Sloclap’s beat ‘em upSifu.
THESIFUELDEN RINGMOD
WhileSifunormally has its own models for the main player character, one fan took to modding inElden Ring’s Hidetaka Miyazaki in instead. In u/Rage2Quit0’s video, the director battles his way through the first stage of the game. Following with his own swift martial arts work, he takes downFajar the Botanist- all in his signature suit and glasses.
Swinging punches, taking devastating hits, and dodging quick movements seem all the more impressive with this reskinned mod. It’s a fun take that builds on the hype of the upcoming FromSoftware RPG, making Miyazaki all the more powerful.
Though the original post featured a video of a great mod that fit within the style ofSifu, it unfortunately came with a gatekeeping comment. u/Rage2Quit0 originally states, this Miyazaki “beats up every journalist who wants easy mode inElden Ring.” It’s true that fans have previously expressed some concerns over the game’s difficulty. FromSoftware’s games are notorious for being punishingly difficult, particularly theDark Soulsseries.
However,Miyazaki himself expressedthat they adopted a different approach toElden Ring’s difficulty. Following the design needs of an open world game, Miyazaki’s team worked to develop ways to allow players greater freedom when it came to difficult battles. Additionally, current reviewspraise the game’s success in balancing difficulty, which is a great move towardsincreased accessibility.
Finally,Elden Ringwill be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on February 25.Sifuis currently out to play on PS4, PS5, and PC.
