Next weekRed Dead Redemption 2lands both digitally and physically, and we may have just seen a peek at a physical steel case edition of the upcoming title from Rockstar.
Posted on Instagram by acharlytorres_10, we get to see four images of what looks to be a legitRed Dead Redemption 2steel case. The images that you can find below show the front and back of the case, but also the inside which seems to confirm that the game has two discs. Earlier in the week,previous reportsbegan popping up thatRed Dead Redemption 2would include two discs after the back cover of the game’s Japanese box art was leaked. DualShockers reached out to Rockstar about the potential ofRed Dead Redemption 2coming on two discs, but as of this writing, they have not responded for comment.
Due tothe size of the game being substantially large, we still aren’t sure if two discs would be required to install all of the content that comes included. It’s also worth noting that the Ultimate Edition ofRed Dead Redemption 2–which is the version that comes in a steelbook case–doesn’t claim to include a bonus disc in its description. Regardless of what the truth is when it comes to the number of discs included, this steelbook looks pretty nice, especially with the accompanying art on the inside.
