Like pretty much everyShin Megami Tenseispinoff,RAIDOU Remasteredhas us engaging with demons and adding them to our ranks to bolster our strength. We can either confine one during battle orfuse two of themto create a brand-new demon with better attributes, spells, and passive skills.
I went all-in on fusing because I’m a sucker for watching numbers grow, and because I wanted to complete the Devil Chart to unlock that shiny trophy. However, by the end of the game, there was one elusive demon slipping through my fingers.

10 Best ATLUS Games, Ranked
DualShockers shares our list for the best games published by ATLUS. Some totally amazing examples of the JRPG genre.
Enter, Beelzebub. Well… not really, because I still couldn’t find this demonic insect. That is until I reached the game’s final Episode, and a Case File tempted me with the reward, “Beelzebub fusion unlock.”

But it’s not as simple as clearing that Case File and “Voilà.” You first need to complete three others before you can tackle this one. Want to know how? Stick with me, because in this guide, I’ll show youhow to fuse Beelzebub inRAIDOU Remastered.
How To Fuse Beelzebub
As soon as the last Episode starts,a new Case Filebecomes available.Titled No.43 The Final Act, its reward is the permission to fuse Beelzebub.
However, to kick it off, you first need to complete three others, all called Trial of a Hundred Demons.

Trial of a Hundred Demons (Pt. 1)
First available during Episode 6, the No.27 Trial of a Hundred Demons (Pt. 1) has you heading to Training Hall B5 to take on a gauntlet of—you guessed it—a hundred demons.
Luckily, those demons are made of paper. After a couple of slashes, they’re toast. Don’t worry about keeping your MAG up with fast attacks. Just wiping them out is enough to refill your resources.

Once you complete this trial, you’ll earn the Phantom Skull key item.
Trial of a Hundred Demons (Pt. 2)
The second part becomes available sometime during Episode 10.It’s also in the Training Hall, but this time on floor B7.
There’s also a cheeky riddle in the description, saying the trial only starts “when the light overhead is hidden,” meaning you’d have towander around the floor until it’s a New Moon.Once the big cheese is hidden, and if you’re onthe quest marker, the fight begins.

It’s the same deal as before. A hundred demons spawn, all way weaker than their usual counterparts. By this point in the game, I had already unlocked someAoE sword skills for Raidou, like Heat Wave and Carom Striker, and it was easy-peasy.
After clearing part 2 of the trial, you’ll get the Tyrant Spawn key item.
10 Temporary JRPG Party Members We Wish Were Permanent
Some party members don’t stay for long, but their time in the party is enough to leave a long-lasting impression.
Trial of a Hundred Demons (Pt. 3)
By now, you’ve probably gotten the gist. In Episode 11, head to B9 to start yet another gauntlet against a hundred soon-to-be-dead demons.
But pay attention to the riddle! “Make for the northeast when the light overhead waxes circular.” Poetry right here, folks. That means the fight will only trigger when the moon is full, in case you didn’t figure it out.
While the demons in part three are still fragile and will go down in just a few hits, they can inflict several status effects. Be careful not to get overwhelmed by their sheer numbers and die by poison.
Once you win, you’ll receive the Emblem of Hell, and you’ll be ready to take on the Final Act.
Best Strategy To Defeat Beelzebub
No.43 The Final Act becomes available once the final Episode starts. You need to go to the last floor of the Training Hall and follow the quest marker.
Once you get there, a conversation will start.Choose “Yes, I have.” to present the three Key Itemsyou earned from the previous Trials and start the fight.
Make sure you’ve got some demons in your tubes with Force spells—known to ordinary folks as Wind element—and Ice resistance. Before facing Beelzebub, there’s a warm-up round against three Level 63 Ukobach and three Level 74 Nebiros.
Ukobach is literally the first demon you both kill and capture in the game, so there’s no need for any strategy here. Nebiros, though, are a bit more annoying.Luckily, Nebiros is also weak to Force.
After that first round, you’ll face another set of Nebiros and Ukobachs, but now with Level 75 Beelzebub joining the party. Overall, the fight isn’t hard but drags on.My Spirit Slash gauge was full, so I popped it right away and wiped out everyone except Beelzebub.
Then, it was just a matter of spamming Force spells, dodging its attacks when possible, and eventually, the fly was dust.
Beelzebub occasionally throws out Megido, which is easy for you to dodge, but your demons will eat the damage gladly if you let them. Protect them by pressing LS/L3, or the corresponding hotkey on your keyboard.
I beat Beelzebub at Level 68 and used Spirit Skill twice during the fight. Once you win, you’ll complete Case File No.43 and unlock Beelzebub fusion at the Goumaden.
You need to be Level 80 to actually do the fusion.
As a bonus, you’ll pop the Demon’s Terror trophy for defeating the boss at the bottom of the Training Hall, and the Silver-Tongued Devil trophy once Beelzebub enters your summoner’s tube.
