The early access beta is available on both PS5 and Steam and players have had a good time. But it seems like the game still has issues, especially with aim assist and Firewalk needs to fix them soon if it wants to attract more players.

Concord’s Aim Assist Needs Fixing Soon

The early access beta allows players to play with all the characters inConcordand also gives access to four maps and three game modes. While the players have enjoyed playing the game, they have also come across issues that the developer needs to fix as soon as possible.

One of these issues is the aim assist, which as per players is more problematic than in any other shooter games. One player took to the game’s subreddit and shared a clip of them shooting an opponent but the aim assist pulls them away from the character.

This is not the only complain about the aim assist as another player said that this happens in almost every game. They added that there should also be an option for adjusting sensitivity. Players have said that there are workarounds but Firewalk needs to fix it before it launches the game.

The open beta will run from July 18 to July 21 and will have all the early access content and new map Bone Mines and game mode Area Control. Although players will not be able to carry their progress to the full launch, it’s nice to experience the game.

Players will also get some rewards for participating in the test. Apart from the aim assist troubles, players have also reported issues such as crashes on PC, movement issues, and more.

However, they also like the core gameplay and the issues are fixable. So it is safe to say Firewalk has a good game on its hands, it just needs to polish it a bit more.
