Before you may use this method to boost your Pokemon’s stats, you must firstfind Bottle Caps or Gold Bottle Caps.There are a few locations to find these special items,but they will run you quite a bit of money.
What Are Bottle Caps?
In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, Bottle Caps are anitem you can buy to give to a certain character to boost your Pokemon’s individual stats.This can be any stat, includingHP, Attack, Defense, Special Defense, Special Attack, and Speed.After training, the stat you selected for your Pokemon willincrease by one point.
To use this item, there is a character you can meet in thecity of Montenevera. You can find himnext to the Montenevera Pokemon Center, standing next to an Abomasnow.Approach him, and he will ask if you would like to have one of your Pokemon go through Hyper Training. To begin the training session, you will need to eithergive him a Bottle Cap or Gold Bottle Cap.
Where To Get Bottle Caps
To get Bottle Caps, you will first need to make sure that you have enough money saved up, either in Pokemon Dollars or League Points. Each individual Bottle Cap will cost20,000 Pokemon Dollars, which is a hefty price. You can use our methods onhow to get money fastto save up for these Bottle Caps as quickly as possible.
The easiest method for obtaining Bottle Caps is throughvisiting any location of Delibird Presents.This store can be found in all the big cities in Paldea, includingMesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa.You can find these shops by zooming in on the map of each city, until you see the store labeled on the map, as shown above. Reminder that this method will be quite expensive, so make sure you have enough money beforehand.
Another way you can pick up Bottle Caps is throughdefeating any 4-Star, 5-Star, or 6-Star Tera Raids.These can only be unlocked as you get farther into the game, otherwise you will be stuck with 1-Star, 2-Star, and 3-Star Raids, which will not yield you any Bottle Caps. 4-Star Raids will be unlocked when youreceive 8 Gym Badges,5-Stars will be available when youcomplete all three main paths,and 6-Stars will be unlocked when you havecompleted the Academy Ace Tournament, which can be played when you finish the main storyline.

Where To Get Gold Bottle Caps
Gold Bottle Caps are an even better way to improve your Pokemon’s stats. Getting this item is quite a bit harder to do, though, and will most likely require you to spend a significant amount of Pokemon Dollars.
The only place you’re able to find these special Bottle Caps is through theAuction House available in Porto Marinada.You will have tocomplete the Cascarrafa Gymbefore you will be able to participate in auctions here.
When you arrive, there will be three sellers in the middle of the market that are running auctions. You will be able to tell if anyone is selling Gold Bottle Caps based on what their speech bubble says above their head. The items being soldchange every in-game day, which is about 2 hours in real-time.you may change your clock settings on your Switch totwo hours laterif you don’t feel like waiting for the items to change.
The price of Gold Bottle Caps is not set in stone, as the price couldincrease significantlythrough the bidding process. When we were bidding on Gold Bottle Caps, however, the biddingstarted at 150,000 Pokemon Dollars for a set of 3. You’ll have to do some serious saving to be able to afford these Gold Bottle Caps.
