While appearing onThe Graham Norton Show, Gosling shared a story about how he saved a dog from freezing to death. However, Gosling had no idea of the horrifying situation that would follow. Ryan Gosling Saved a Dog From Freezing To Death Only to Find His House Wrecked
In 2016, actorRyan Goslingappeared onThe Graham Norton Showto promote his filmThe Nice Guys. During the appearance, Gosling recounted an incident where his affection for dogs ended up costing him badly. Goslingstatedthat while he was on his way to work, he discovered a dog on the side of the road.
“I was going to work one morning and there’s a little dog. It’s minus it’s below zero and I thought oh can it what harm could it do?”

As a result, Gosling let the dog into his house to protect it from the freezing cold outside. However, when Gosling returned home, he found the dog had defecated all over the place.
“When I came back from work, it was like a fecal Jackson Pollock.”

Gosling made the above statement while describing the state of his house. He compared the situation to painter Jackson Pollock’s expressionist style of art, implying the dog had defecated everywhere in his house. However, Gosling cleaned up the mess and spent the next couple of weeks hiding the dog, presumably from his wife.

Gosling Got the Dog Adopted With the Help of Russell Crowe
While narrating the incident, Gosling revealed that the dog nearly wrecked his house. However, he was able to find the little canine a forever home with the help of hisThe Nice Guysco-star, Russell Crowe.
Gosling revealed that Crowe’s driver, Bo, eventually ended up taking the dog home to his father. Gosling shared that Bo’s father had lost his dog of sixteen years. As a result, Bo’s father adopted the dog that Gosling had saved from freezing to death.
“So, Bo took this dog and he went and lived on a lake with 100 acres.”
