The story takes place in Britain, and tells how Moriarty (voiced by Souma Saito) became the greatest criminal of his era. With a twisted sense of justice, and determined to overthrow the upper class, Moriarty believes the ends justify the means. It’s a mix a drama, mystery, and detective themes.
