Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s lawsuit is gaining momentum with each passing day, fueled by new evidence that has been capturing people’s attention and sparking curiosity. Recently, a new report emerged where Lively accused Baldoni of workplace harassment while shooting a slow dance sequence forIt Ends With Us.

While filming the montage, Blake Lively accused Justin Baldoni of repeatedly trying to kiss her and caress her. However, as per Baldoni’s team, who released three takes from the slow-motion sequence, it can be seen how the two actors are behaving well within their professional limits. This footage thus led American journalist and attorney Megyn Kelly to speak in favor of Baldoni.

Therein,Blake Lively‘s legal team alleged how Baldoni “leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, ‘it smells so good.’” Accusing the star of repeatedly crossing his line of professionalism and making Lively uncomfortable, the actress’ team added new evidence to her s*xual harassment claims.
However, in order to prove his innocence and counter Blake Lively’s claims,Justin Baldoni‘s team released three takes from the slow-motion montage. Claiming that it was the entirety of the footage shot for that scene, Baldoni’s team highlighted how the two stars were “behaving well within the scope of the scene and with mutual respect and professionalism”.

But then, as Lively’s team argued against the visuals in the footage, it seemed like the legal team of the two stars were simply disagreeing about how to portray the intimacy of the scene, rather than clarifying the harassment mentioned in the suit. Considering how the scene was about their characters falling in love, Baldoni’s team noted that it was supposed to be intimate.

Later on, as Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s team kept going back and forth regarding their opinions surrounding the slow dance sequence, American journalist and attorney Megyn Kellyshared her perspectiveon the same. Claiming how she acquired the footage fromTMZ, Megyn Kelly began by stating that the video was a part ofIt Ends With Us,setting the backdrop for the two characters Lily and Ryle to fall in love. Therefore, stating that there was supposed to be onscreen chemistry and intimacy during the sequence, Kelly began reviewing it.
Mr. Baldoni was caressing Ms. Lively with his mouth in a way that had nothing to do with their roles. When Ms. Lively later objected to this behavior, Mr. Baldoni’s response was “I’m not even attracted to you”.

Well, guess what TMZ has gotten its hands on that video, and you may hear Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni interacting as themselves knowing that this is all on video… and no such moment is shown.
Playing the entire video for audiences to watch and judge,Megyn Kellyspoke in favor of Justin Baldoni, while dismissing Blake Lively’s allegations completely. Pointing out how there was no sign of harassment on Baldoni’s end or discomfort and objection on Lively’s end, Kelly noted that the two stars appeared playful while exhibiting chemistry like lovers.

That’s her big harassment moment. They are playfully acting for the camera trying to make it look like two lovers, two people in a relationship are dancing with one another. She’s giggling, she’s holding his hands, they are not speaking as their characters… but they are in characters.
She laughs and says “did you get beard on me?” she doesn’t say “oh my god, you nuzzled me, and said that I smell good”. This is what she’s done throughout, she said “he came in my trailer while I was breastfeeding”, well then he produced text messages showing her saying “I’m breastfeeding, come on over”.

Dismissing all of Blake Lively’s claims, Megyn Kelly seemingly proved how the actress has been trying to stage things and frame Justin Baldoni, since the beginning. Unwilling to root for Lively’s allegations, Kelly thus sided with Baldoni following the slow dance sequence.
