While accepting the award, the actress reportedly uttered the F-word multiple times and even said ‘f*cking badass’ while describing her mother. The incident caused some bit of controversy after the ceremony.

However,THRreleased a report that saw an ex-member of the Church of Scientology claiming that the Church’s members used the F-word to talk to ‘average members’ of society. The report called it ‘going down the tone scale’. Moss denied this in an interview withThe New Yorker. She said,
