Helldivers 2is a fun multiplayer game from Arrowhead Game Studios and Sony Interactive Entertainment. Live service games like this often rely on creativity and constant support from the developers to keep the content fresh and exciting to the gaming community.
However, it is not easy to constantly think of new ideas that could be applied to the game. The developers struggle with it regularly and the fans would often pitch in and throw some decent suggestions compared to what was recently leaked that came from the developers themselves.
The Gaming Community Is Not Impressed With the Leaked Helldivers 2 Stratagem
Arrowhead Game Studiosdid a wonderful job with the live service structure and thought of creative ways to keep the gaming community engaged and interested. The recent major order forced the hand of one enemy faction to remove all the gloves and disregard the proper rules of engagement.
The Automatons compromised all communication lines andhad access to sensitive information that made allHelldivers 2players paranoidand cranky. The players would want to fight back and use every tool available. New leaks has emerged of a new orbital illumination flare which can be problematic in a field.
Firing a flare in the sky will likely draw the attention of hostile players like bugs on a bug zapper, making it far easier to bring them in one position and strike with one fell swoop. However, this new stratagem could also give away the location of a squad leaving them vulnerable to an ambush.

Not even the loyal fan base dared to think of a stratagem this risky but there is still time for the developers to tweak this into a much more viable option. Some players suggesteda multi-directional eagle strikewhere players would manually ping the marked area for the payload drop and manually ping it with a flare, perhaps there is potential to combine these two stratagems.
There Is Always Room to Grow in Helldivers 2 and the Stratagem Department
The game developers are running out of ideas which is not an unusual problem for a live service project. Perhaps it is best toavoid hyping up cool concepts like the Mechsonly for them to be left in the dust after the gaming community refuses to use them.

Stacking is a good method to make the most of these powerful tools in a firefight. This idea has its perks but also disadvantages. Arrowhead Game Studios could make some adjustments to make the orbital illumination flare a much more viable option.
