An extremely talented Reddit usertomvdcrhas been working on quite the impressive fan project by recreating various weapons fromThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Some highlights include the Guardian Sword, Guardian Shield, Sword of the Six Sages, and the Sheikah Slate. According to the poster, “Most of [these weapons are] made from evafoam and pvc pipes.”
Considering the simple material used for these weapons, the attention to detail in each piece is incredible and really shows how devoted of a fan they are. My personal favorite is the Sword of the Six Sages – I can’t resist a cool glowing sword after all.

There are of course some other amazing fan works from otherZeldatitles that fans have created to celebrate the franchise as a whole. We have ananimated pixel art mockupof a dungeon scene fromZelda II. Back in September the winner for an officialLink’s Awakeningfanworks contestwas revealed, with some incredible submissions from plenty of talented artists. And if you want something incredible from outside this contest, there’s this incredible3D printed recreationof Koholint Island from the game. The artist even provides a tutorial at the end of their video in case anyone else wanted to make one for themselves.
Some other works include Link’s house fromBreath of the Wildfaithfully createdusing Lego blocks, this lovely Sheikah runesphone charger, art ofTwilight PrincessmeetsBreath of the Wild, fanart of Link in thevibrant forestfromMajora’s Mask, a recreation of theBreath of the Wildlantern, a bottle ofLon Lon milkfromOcarina of Time, and analarm clockthat playsA Link to the Past‘s theme.
