Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: The Spark Quest Guide
Henry concludes the Thieves' Guild quest with The Spark, wherein he’s tasked with destroying a silver mine in explosive fashion.
With multiple crucial decisions and paths to choose from in this quest line, this guide will serve you step-by-step in your quest to complete Lost Honor inKingdom Come Deliverance 2.

Starting the Quest
If you’ve traveled the roads of the Kuttenberg region plenty at this point, you will be familiar with the bandit encounters that randomly appear in your path at times.
One such random encounter will unexpectedly test all of your skills as you meet an old knight turned bandit who is searching for his lost heirloom equipment.

To begin this quest, you must first have completedMain Quest 14: Speak of the Devilbefore being able to meet the old knight in the Kuttenberg Region on the road between Miskowitz andHorschan.
The person you’re looking for is Jezhek of Holohlavy, whom you may find at any time of day at the crossroads in the forest southwest of Horschan, initiating an encounter titled “Polite Armed Man”.

You can trigger this encounter by fast traveling between multiple different towns, positioning the crossroads between your desired map locations.
Jezhek will be standing just nearby off the path calling out for you. He’s trying to rob you, but he’s not being very assertive towards you.

You’ll be presented with multiple options from here that involve either passing two initial skill checks or fighting with him until he surrenders. Question him about why he is doing this, andthen choose the dialogue option “Maybe I can help you” to start the quest, Lost Honor.
Zavish of Garbow
Jezhek will explain to you that his armor and horse had been stolen from him by a soldier in Sigismund’s camp who burned a local village named Zavish of Garbow.
You must search Sigismund’s camp for this dastardly soldier under the Zavish coat of arms identifiable by the black eagle-shaped crest.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Thou Art But Dust Quest Guide
If you are looking to complete the Thou Art But Dust Quest, this guide is for you.
Soldiers are guarding Sigismund’s camp entrance, which can be negotiated with in order to be let in by saying that you represent Jezhek of Holohlavy.
Once you are able to explore the camp as you please, you can most often find Zavish in his tent opposite the field chapel in the central-western area of the camp.
If you attempt to walk straight into his tent, you may be immediately considered hostile depending on your reputation in this area. If this is the case, you can catch him entering and leaving his tent in order to speak with him most safely.
Speak with Zavish, and you have a couple of options on how to proceed next. If you wish to duel Zavish, you must succeed in a very highDominationorWarfareskill check requiring a stat of 24.
You can succeed this skill check more easily by having a highCharismastat by changing up your armor or making use of theKnight in Shining Armorperk, which gives you bonus Charisma points for having flashy plate armor on.
If you fail the check, you’ll be forced to steal back Jezhek’s gear, which can be done by breaking into theHard Lockchest beside Zavish’s tent and running away with the lost horse found in the stables.
This option results in a reputation loss with Jezhek, but it will complete the quest if you’ve failed to initiate the duel with Zavish.
The key to the chest containing Jezhek’s equipment can be pick-pocketed from Zavish while he’s sleeping in the camp.
Preparing for the Duel
To win back Jezhek’s heirlooms of war, you will challenge Zavish in three separatecombat encounters.
The first encounter will be a fight withpolearms, the second a fight withswords and shields, and the final one is a duel between you both withtwo-handed swords. You must win two of the three duels to be named champion over Zavish.
If you do not currently possess the armaments required for the duel, all three types of arms can be purchased from within Sigismund’s camp.
The smith located north of Zavish’s tent sells all the weapon types you need, and another blacksmith to the east offers shields for purchase as well.
It is likely that your stats for all these weapons aren’t at the same level, so if you’re looking to even the odds against Zavish, you may choose to fight some bandit camps in the region with a pole-arm weapon for instance, if your skills aren’t where you want them to be.
For me, it wasn’t until completing the questFinger of Godthat I learned how valuable and powerful pole-arms are in keeping your enemies at a distance… and how easily they break. I recommend bringing multiple pole arms with you for the duel.
You will also want to make sure you have a full set of armor complete with a helmet visor because Zavish can instantly cause bleeding debuff blows to you if he manages to strike you somewhere vulnerable.
When you are fully ready, use aSaviour Schnappsor save and quit just outside of Zavish’s tent, and then confirm the wager with him for300 Groschento begin.
Dueling Zavish of Garbow
All three stages of the duel will happen sequentially, and you’ll be able to heal yourself in between rounds by speaking with the Bathmaid Dorothy just outside the ring.
Equip the required weapons and check your armor’s durability before beginning the duel, and use this opportunity to drink any potions you possess too.
There are many different methods for winning against Zavish in this duel with the pole-arm, but you’ve still got two more chances to win after this, so fear not if your pole-arm skills aren’t able to match his.
A viable strategy is to maintain your distance when possible and take advantage of Zavish’s long attack animations.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Hunger and Despair Quest Guide
This guide is a complete walkthrough for the Hunger and Despair main quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Following this encounter, you will then need to equip a sword and shield of your choosing. Depending on your stats and weapon preferences, you may use a shortsword or a mace for the next duel.
Once back in the ring with Zavish, do your best to get somemaster strikehits in from perfectly countering him.
Finally, you will be forced into a duel where you must equip only a two-handed sword. Zavish will be more than versatile in this fight, being able to counter you if you perform full combos against him, so I once again advise taking your time and performing master strikes in safe positions.
If you are able to defeat Zavish in each of the three duels, you will be awarded theMaster of Masters achievementfor your courage and triumph.
Jezhek’s Gear and Delivery
Upon defeating Zavish, he will tell you to take your earnings from inside his green-colored tent. Head there to loot everything from the chest and pick up the Brigandine beside it.
Don’t forget to take Jezhek’s horse Gringolet, who can be easily seen wearing a golden-yellow-colored coat in the south stable of the camp.
With all this in your possession, set out for the inn that is on the main road south of Pschitoky. Dismount his horse in the yard around the inn, and go inside to tell Jezhek all that has happened.
If you are riding to Pschitoky Inn from Miskowitz, look for the two arches that can be seen from the road leading into the town. Ride Gringolet through the arch on the left and this will put her in the stable.
If you have retrieved Jezhek’s possessions through the duel, you will be rewarded with500 Groschen, theLord of Holohlavy heater shield, andJezhek’s spurs.
