During an interview, Brolin spoke about working with the Coen brothers and shed some light on filming the pit bull attack scene. Brolin revealed that he was scared while filming the scene and thought he would get bitten. Brolin revealed that he was asked to hide a toy in his pants so that the dog would follow him. However, as the dog came closer, Brolin became worried about getting bitten by him.

Brolin made the above statement about the dog, Scooby’s fixation with the toy, which forced the Thanos actor to rip it out of his pants to get the pit bull away from him.

Brolin explained that later on he started asking for feedback but still received no positive comments, with the directors stating that they got what they needed for the scene and he did his job correctly.

However, Brolin noted that while this was their approach with most actors, the only exception to the rule wasWoody Harrelson.
