The rivalry between Kendrick Lamar and Drake was never just fun and games. But the moment the former dropped his chart-topping‘Not Like Us,’what may have begun as sparring turned into a full-fledged battle between two industry titans.

Currently, Lamar seems to be leading the feud with a clear-cut win thanks to his electrifying ‘Pop Out’ show that left a trail of disgruntled Drake fans in its wake. And as if the concert itself – wherein a troupe of A-listers joined Lamar onstage as he dissed the life out of his arch-nemesis – wasn’t mortifying enough for Drake, fans have pinpointed something from the show that certainly will be.
Drake Fans Will Be Fuming After This Kendrick Lamar Stunt
Kendrick Lamar‘s Juneteenth concert, dubbed ‘The Pop Out – Ken & Friends,’ was nothing short of a historic moment in the music industry as the rapper relentlessly obliteratedDrakewith his thunderous‘Not Like Us’performance in L.A.
But here’s one detail from the show that you may have missed out on but won’t be able to unsee once you notice it. Nicky Saunders, an internet personality, recently took toInstagramto highlight a‘Hotline Bling’reference that Lamar very slyly incorporated within his performance.

Drake released the Grammy-winning song back in 2016, in the officialYouTube videoof which, the Canadian rapper can be seen swaying in slo-mo within the first 20 seconds or so. And Lamar, 37, emulated the exact routine onstage at his ‘Pop Out’ concert as if mocking the ‘God’s Plan‘ artist. He even donned an identical outfit, wearing a white tee underneath a red hoodie and blue jeans as he seemingly ridiculed Drake.

Only Lamar knows whether this was a calculated move or purely coincidental, but knowing the extent of his feud with Drake, the latter seems highly unlikely.

As if Lamar’s subtle derision wasn’t enough to demarcate his lurid victory against Drake, to add insult to injury, the ‘Money Trees’artist was also joined by some of the most influential icons onstage during his‘Not Like Us’performance.
Rappers, the likes of which include Dr. Dre, YG, and Schoolboy Q, went on the stage during the hate anthem that Lamar hurled at Drake five times in a row. Even NBA legends like Russell Westbrook and DeMar DeRozan were spotted alongside the 37-year-old rapper and songwriter.
