One of The Big Three, Tite Kubo’sBleach, has once again attained the same fame and recognition that was seen when the series was initially released in the year 2001. And the majority of the credit for all this goes to the Thousand-Year Blood War arc anime series, which, according to manyBleachfans, is the best storyline Kubo has ever created.

TheBleach: Thousand-Year Blood Wararc is also assumed to be the conclusion of one of the greatest stories ever. But what many fans don’t know is that after the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, Kubo also hinted at another storyline that might be able to overtake the currentBleacharc. This storyline is way into the future and adds a new twist to the series.
It was called the Hell arc, and although only a one-shot of the story has been revealed, it was a hint by the mangaka that he might come up with a better conclusion for his masterpiece. The arc is bound to have demons and other mortifying creatures, who will definitely have some kind of connection with the protagonist of the story, Kurosaki Ichigo.

The story ofBleach’sHell arc
TheBleachHell arc one-shot is titled “No Breaths from Hell,” and it was a special 20th-anniversary one-shot manga that was released byTite Kubo. The one-shot manga portrayed the story 12 years into the future, after the events ofBleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. It also features Ichigo and Orihime’s son, who will most likely hold a lot of significance in the story.

According tothe one-shot, the Soul Reapers are trying to perform a custom that is supposed to send Ukitake’s soul to Hell. As the spiritual pressure of a Gotei 13 captain is on a completely different level, they are sent to hell for containment. However, Hell had limited occupancy, and once the ceremony started, the gates of Hell broke loose, allowing all the damned souls to wreak havoc.
The heinous creatures that come out of the gates of Hell start attacking everyone, and once again the responsibility to save everyone lands on the shoulders of Ichigo and the rest of the Soul Reapers. The story is just a one-shot, but it was hinted to be developed in a bigger arc that would essentially conclude theBleachmanga series.

Ichigo might become part demon inBleach’shell arc
The Hell arc’s story was released after theBleachmanga ended. And it was also confirmed that the story is canon, giving fans hope for the continuation of theBleachfranchise. However, after the one-shot, Kubo never really gave it much thought and decided to focus on the Thousand-Year Blood War anime series.
Still, there is a possibility that Kubo might make an epic comeback with the Hell arc, bidding one last adieu to theBleachfranchise.

If this happens, it will be interesting to see how Ichigo’s character plays out. This is because theBleachprotagonist is a hybrid of almost every significant race that has been introduced in theBleachstoryline.

Thus, there is also a possibility that he might also be part demon consideringthe mandatory tradition of theBleachstoryline. If this happens, it will take his character development to a completely different level, making him one of the greatest protagonists in the history of anime and manga.
