Although it is clear that the free post-launch content forSuicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leagueis to make up for the game’s criticism, it seems to have worked in favor of the developers. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguehas faced criticism for its live-service format and while the developer has avoided calling the game live-service it has not escaped the backlash. However, the developer’s recent attempts to pull the players seem to have paid off as players are now interested in playing the game and maybe it could still make it out. The Joker coming to the game has only given that attempt a push and players are now more invested and are speculating what the game could bring in the next Seasons and how would it keep things fresh.

Not many games that have faced so much criticism ever since the announcement and numerous delays have been able to impress players and given that this is a live-service game, it is going to be a real uphill battle for Rocksteady. However, if anyone can do it, it is Rocksteady and prove to players that they were wrong to judge so quickly.
