But now it seems as if the singer has truly utilized the time and has put all of her energy into herself with a stunning physical transformation.

The Queen is back, and that too with a shocking transformation.Lizzogave fans a sneak peek into her life when she shared an Instagram video. The singer has been taking a vacation in Bali and captioned the video,“I’m taking a gap year & protecting my peace.”

Since 2023, Lizzo has been completely focused on her health and fitness journey and mentioned that she’s“taking the physical part (of her career) more seriously”and that she’s not trying toescapefatness. While the singer has always appreciated her body and enjoyed working out, she also added that she’s“not tryna be thin.”
In an interview with the Times (viaWomens Heath), the singer-songwriter revealed what she’s changed in her diet that has led to weight loss. She added,“I’ve been methodical, losing weight very slowly.” Further, she also acknowledged that other body-positive advocates have faced public criticism for losing weight. She also added that her body was“nobody’s business.”

Lizzo also revealed in the same Times interview that she’s been involved in a range of different exercises. For instance, she enjoyed running on the treadmill, engaging in Pilates, and has been taking up other activities that make her feelgood.

Lizzo’s career took a major hit in 2023 when she was accused by her former backup dancers of sxual harassment. Further, in thefiled lawsuit,they also alleged that the singer created a hostile work environment and forced one of those dancers to touch a nde artist at an Amsterdam club.

They also challenged her body positivity movement by calling out her hypocrisy when she allegedly berated a dancer due to their weight gain and later fired them. While initially, the singer did not respond to these claims, after a while, she released a statement calling these accusations“false”and“unbelievable.”
While the matter is still ongoing, only time will tell whether these claims are correct or not.
