During a press conference for this film (viaVariety), the actor was complimented by quite a bold interviewer, which left the entire crowd cheering for the beloved actor. Ford was told by the interviewer that she still found him to be quite hot.

Naturally, he was left stunned by her boldness. However, she continued and asked him more questions, ranging from how he stays so fit to if he can ride a horse. The actor started by revealing that he can, in fact, ride a horse in real life.

He then simply stated that he has been blessed with the body he has and is very grateful that people are noticing.
How does Harrison Ford stay as fit as he is?
While Harrison Ford cannot help but be modest about his physical condition, one cannot help but wonder the secret to how he actually stays as fit as he is today, playing the role of the Red Hulk at 82 years old. During an interview withEllen DeGeneresin 2020, he answered this exact question.
DeGeneres pointed out that the actor looked really good, despite his age. While Ford joked initially and asked if he looked bad before, he finally revealed his secret to aging as gracefully as he has.
[I’m doing] practically nothing. I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring.

He stated that he changed his diet, which caused him to have a very significant change in his health. Although he joked that it is very boring, he stated that he eats vegetables and fish on a regular basis. He also mentioned that he had cut down on the dairy he consumes, even adding that he does not eat other meats anymore.
I just decided I was tired of eating meat…and I know it’s not really good for the planet…and it’s not really good for me.
While some might argue that his diet sounds lackluster, it seems to be working very well for Ford.
