He called the rapper an influential and highly intense person who was capable of making people do what they did not want to do.
Brand recounted an incident where Diddy convinced him to feed his fish when he was out of town. Brand reportedly remembered feeling that he did not want to do it but did it anyway. He said,

Say that you don’t want to do something and Diddy does want you to do it, it’s really hard to not do that thing … you still do it because you think, ‘Ahh, don’t upset him.’ He’s an influential person. He may ask you for loads of favors and you can’t say no to him. That’s my worry … pressure. I don’t want to be nobody’s btch, I work too hard in life, not even Diddy’s btch.
Brand also praised the rapper for his intense personality, stating that his upbringing and journey from nothing to being one of the biggest entertainers in the industry may be the cause.

Diddy was new to me. He looked after me. He took me on an enforced holiday to Vegas. He’s a very intense man because I think he came from nothing and now he’s very very powerful. People who do stuff like that, they’re intense.

The party that the actor went to was, however, probably not one of the ‘Freak Offs’ that Diddy has gained notoriety for.
