Nicholas Cage is one of Hollywood’s most decorated actors who has worked on brilliant projects in the past. Cage’s career was set, especially since he was born into an artistic family, the Coppolas. His father was August Coppola, who happens to be related to the legendary Francis Ford Coppola and several other big names who have worked in the movie industry.
Cage has been in many relationships over the years, including five marriages. Weston is the eldest son ofNicholas Cage, born to him and actress Christina Fulton in 1990. According toPeople, Weston was born a day after Christmas and shares a common love for music and acting with his father.
As a musician, Weston was the frontman for metal bands Eyes of Noctum and Arsh Anubis. As a talented actor, he appeared in a long list of his father’s films since making his debut inLord of the War(2005).

During an interview withThe Hollywood Reporter, Weston spoke about his upbringing in the industry while being from a family of superstars. He said,
[It] was actually ferocious. I mean, there were times I would communicate with people and realize that they had completely made their own definition about me for themselves, without even getting to know me.

Weston’s past with substance abuse, assault, and DUI charges
Despite being praised by his father, who claimed he was “the total artist” according toPeople, Weston has had a fair share of ugly moments.
In 2017, Nicholas Cage’s eldest son was taken into police custody for a hit-and-run incident that took place in Los Angeles. Weston was also charged with driving under the influence.
In an interview withPeoplea few years before the incident, Weston opened up about his struggles with substance abuse stating that people were starting to believe he was digging his own grave at some point.

Once again, Weston wasarrestedfor assault in July 2024, after an altercation broke out involving him and Fulton. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities claimed that he injured two individuals at the scene.
Kal-El Coppola
Nicholas Cage’s relationship with Alice Kim lasted for many years and they also shared a child together. Kal-El Coppola was welcomed into the world on June 10, 2025.
According to The Guardian (viaPeople), Cage wasn’t expecting to have a child with Kim, and it was a complete shocker to him. Cage also had a unique way of naming his second-born child.
The name Kal-El was inspired by Superman’s Kryptonian name, which is also Kal-El. It all came into being as Cage was supposed to act as Superman inTim Burton’s DC project. But it ended up getting canceled.

Shortly after marryingRiko Shibata, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child (Cage’s third). And on August 14, 2025, August Francesca Coppola Cage was born.
Since he already has two boys who are fully grown adults at this point, having a third child at the age of 58 was exciting in its own way. According toAccess Hollywood, Cage said,
My boys are all grown up, and I miss going to the toy store. I miss singing lullabies and rocking in the rocking chair… I’m looking forward to getting back to that.

Weston’s second marriage was to Danielle Cage. Weston and Danielle welcomed their first child, Lucian in 2014. Two years later, the couple welcomed a second child named Sorin, in 2016.
Unfortunately, Weston and Danielle split shortly after the birth of their second child. He eventually married Hila Cage Coppola in 2018, with whom he shares a set of twin daughters.
