8Mobile Operations Center
The Mobile Operations Center isn’t necessarily a vehicle that you would want for your casual Sunday drive. The thing is an absolute behemoth, and it’s difficult to control on the road. More than anything, you should pick it up for everything it comes with.
What the MOC can do is let you complete missions that give you a decent amount of XP and money upon completion. You can also do these missions with other players, so having one person stay in the MOC while everyone ventures out in Los Santos helps spread the wealth faster.
7Vigilante
The Vigilante is what you would get if GTA Online had a Batman crossover, which wouldn’t be a bad idea (Take the hint, Rockstar). Not only does it have outstanding mobility as you zoom through the city streets, but offensively you can easily destroy anything that stands in your way.
Applying the proper upgrades can make the vehicle almost unstoppable against other players. The only downside to it is that it can be easily blown up. It shouldn’t be a problem, though, due to how fast it can travel. Nothing that a little dodging and weaving can’t fix.
6Ramp Buggy
The Ramp Buggy is one of the more fun vehicles on this list. The car is literally a mobile ramp. While it can be destroyed with a single explosive, there’s some joy that can be had with launching every single vehicle and person that crosses your path. While the price may be expensive, it’s worth every dollar.
Even though it doesn’t have any weapons or missiles, it’s better to think of the vehicle as a weapon with wheels. Despite its rustic and worn-down appearance, you should consider picking it up if you have the funds for it.

If you’re tired of running into the military base every time you want to steal a jet and fail in the process, you should just buy the P-996 LAZER. This jet is faster than any aircraft within GTA Online and can get you anywhere in a matter of minutes, maybe even seconds.
It’s durable, as it can take two rocket hits before blowing up. With upgrades, it can cause havoc on any lobby you’re in. For a whopping $6,500,000, it can be yours. Not only is it one of the best vehicles, but it’s also one of the best aircraft in the game.
Owning a submarine in GTA Online might feel like a waste of money as you’ll spend the majority of your time on land. Just like the MOC, the Kosatka is primarily useful for the features that it comes with, and, you know… it’s a giant submarine. One of the main features is that it can act as a fast travel system.
The Kosatka also gives you access to perform the Cayo Perico heist, which can earn you a lot of money and experience. It’s also one of the best money-making heists in the game.
3Dewbauchee Vagner
Despite its many variations, the Dewbauchee Vagner is undoubtedly one of the fastest cars in GTA Online, as it has one of the highest max speeds in the game, with enough modifications, of course. The vehicle itself is extremely customizable to your liking as well.

It doesn’t cost nearly as much as the other vehicles on this list, as it’s priced at $1,535,000. Not only is this hypercar fun to take on a joyride, but it can be used in competitive races online. With this car, you’ll be the talk of Los Santos.
2Terrorbyte
The Terrorbyte is a commercial vehicle that requires you to own a nightclub before purchasing. After paying $1,375,000 on top of that, you’re able to pick up the vehicle. With Terrorbyte, you can work on any business that you own by completing different business-related missions. In general, it gives you another method to make money.
This vehicle’s other capability is acting as a weapon workshop, drone station, and turret station. The reason why it’s so high on this list is primarily because of what it can do. It provides upgrades to the Oppressor Mk II.
1Oppressor Mk II
The Oppressor Mk II is the most kitted flying bike in GTA Online. There are a few steps you must perform in order to have access to the vehicle, which can be costly. Not only is it versatile for travel, but there’s a reason why a majority of players in the game want to get their hands on it.
The Oppressor’s rocket target system is extremely accurate and never misses its target. So, if anybody ever gives you trouble, you can kill them almost instantly with it. Out of all the vehicles that you can get, this flying bike should be #1 on your list.
