Skyward Atlas will give Ningguang a base increase of 7.2 percent to her ATK. Its Bonus Skill will increase her Elemental DMG Bonus by 12 percent. Normal Attack hits will have a 50 percent chance to earn the favor of the clouds, which actively seeks out nearby enemies to attack for 15 seconds, dealing 160 percent ATK DMG. This can only occur once every 30 seconds.Skyward Atlas is great for buffing Ningguang’s ATK and strengthening her Normal Attacks.
Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds will increase Ningguang’s CRIT Rate by a base amount of 7.2 percent. Its Bonus Skill will increase Movement SPD by 10 percent.
