Genshin Impacthas introduced a new limited-time event, ‘Across the Wilderness’, a game requiring travelers to find all the Wilderness Balloons in the area in the time limit provided.

As with most Genshin Impact events, you canearn a ton of Primogemsby completing all the requirements for each challenge in ‘Across the Wilderness’. To make sure you nab all the balloons in time, follow our guides below.
How To Complete ‘With The Winds’
Our first challenge for ‘Across the Wilderness’ will be in the city of Mondstadt. To receive all the rewards for ‘With the Winds’, you will have tomeet all of these requirements:
When you arrive in Mondstadt and are about to begin the challenge, you will need to choose one skill to help you find all the balloons in time. Of the three options, we chose’Windbless', which will create a wind current at your current location when it is activated. This is the best option since you will be jumping across high buildings, and it will eliminate the need to climb them.
When you have begun the challenge, start byheading to the first building in front of you, which will have 15 balloons wrapped around in a circle. Pick them all up, using wind currents to jump between the buildings when needed.
Then,head to the ground and towards the market. There will be 5 balloons here on top of two cloth coverings.
Use awind current to get on top of the building in front of here, grabbing the next 3 balloons.
Next,jump on top of the other building beside here, picking up 4 balloons, and then activate the orange balloon on the other side. This will make the last 13 balloons appear, which will be in a circular shape around the three nearby buildings.
How To Complete ‘Tides Of Jade’
The next challenge, ‘Tides of Jade’, takes place in the city of Liyue. Just like the previous challenge, ‘Tides of Jade’ will havethe same exact requirementsin order to receive all the rewards.
As you arrive in Liyue, you will have to choose a skill for this challenge. We chose’Scoutbless', which will increase your character’s Movement SPD and increases the Wilderness Balloon search radius. However, this effect has a long recharge rate, so you won’t be able to use it as frequently as some of the other skills.
When you start the challenge,grab the first 3 balloons on top of the sail behind you.
Then,make your way to the front of the boat,on top of the dragon head to catch the next 5 balloons.
Next,head to the leftand grab the 2 balloons on top of the circular roof, andhead to the same roof on the right sideto get the next 2 balloons.
Head to the ground and activate the orange balloon. Pick up the 13 balloons, starting from the left side and making your way around the nearby area.
Finally,head into the wind current in the middle and get on top of the roof on the other side. You’ll find all the remaining balloons over here.

How To Complete ‘Watch Out For Pedestrians!’
The third challenge, ‘Watch Out For Pedestrians!’, can be found in Sumeru. It will have theexact same requirementsas the other challenges to receive all rewards.
When you arrive at the designated area in Sumeru,choose the ‘Scoutbless’ skill, which will increase Movement SPD and the Wilderness Balloon search radius. This challenge will mostly rely on you usethe Four-Leaf Sigilsto move around the area.
As you start the challenge,head straightto grab the first 3 balloons and trigger the orange balloon. Use your skill to make it easier to pick up the surrounding balloons, andhead up to the right using the first Four-Leaf Sigil. Make your way around the house and to the original location of the orange balloon.
Head to the back, using the Four-Leaf Sigils to get on top of the housesand grab the next 11 balloons.
Head back to the area where you found the orange balloon, and make your way up the path. The remaining balloons will be all around here,on top of the buildings.Use the Four-Leaf Sigils and your skill again to pick them up.
How To Complete ‘Rural Customs’
Next, we have the fourth challenge called ‘Rural Customs’. This can be found in the desert area of Sumeru. Just as before, you will havethe same requirementsto receive all rewards.
When choosing your skill,pick ‘Trovebless’, which will increase your character’s jump height, and increase the Wilderness Balloon search radius. You will be jumping across a lot of buildings and cliffs for this one, so the added bonus to your jump height will make the challenge much easier.
As you begin,go down the path on the left to grab the first seven balloons, and trigger the orange balloon. Make your way around the houses to grab these 16 hidden balloons. Remember to use your skill here to make it easier to get across the buildings.
Head backon top of the cliff behind you to grab the 8 balloons on the right side of the starting path. Afterward, loops around and go back down the first path you took on the left side.
Head straight aheaduntil you see two balloons going down to the right.Fall down to the platforms below,where you will find the last 8 remaining balloons.

How To Complete ‘Sandglider’
The last challenge to complete is called ‘Sandglider’. This challenge will also be located in thedesert area of Sumeru, towards the bottom of the map. As always, it will havethe same requirementsas the other challenges.
When you arrive, choose the’Speedbless' skill, which will increase your character’s Movement SPD, and greatly decrease their Stamina consumption. This challenge won’t require too much jumping around, rather you will just have to pick up all the balloons that are spread out quickly.
Start byheading down into the pit below, using the Four-Leaf Sigils.Run up the bridge on the right, and then glide downward. This will be the first 10 balloons.
When you reach the bottom,activate the orange balloon, and head towards the crates and then downwards to the bottom floor. Wrap around up the ramp to grab all the hidden balloons.
Finally,head up the ramp on the rightto collect the last 10 balloons. You can use your skill to speed the process up.
