Genshin Impactdeveloper miHoYo revealed on the latest live stream the Character Event Wish-2 system, with an Albedo and Eula rerun inaugurating the system - we now learned through leaks that the two banners will feature the same 4-star characters.
With the new Character Event Wish-2 system, the time-limited characters that newGenshinplayers missed will be coming back faster. On the other hand, this also means non-whale players might end up having to choose between one of the two banner rerun characters they want.

The leakedGenshin Impact2.3 rerun 4-star characters details come from Ubatcha and the usual Discord you’re familiar with, listing Bennett, Rosaria, and Noelle. Both the Albedo and Eula banners have the same 4-star characters drop rate boost.
Note that the preinstallation forGenshin Impact Version 2.3isn’t available yet so this is still subject to change. We’ll have another confirmation of the banners once preinstall is available and data mined. Personally speaking, Character Event Wish-2 banners sharing the same 4-star characters was definitely what I expected. I’ve asked miHoYo about it right after the live stream but have yet to receive an answer. I’ll be sure to tell you if I get official word on the matter.
Genshin Impactis a free-to-play, open-world JRPG with online co-op and a gacha system. The anime game by Shanghai-based developer miHoYo is out now on all consoles except Xbox and Nintendo Switch. The game isn’t planned for Xbox, while the Switch version is still in development.
