Fortnitehas come up with some impressive limited sensitive game modes in recent years and if the leaks are to be believed, longtime fans are about to be spoiled. Epic Games is rumored to be working on a new game mode that will appeal to the gaming community.

The upcoming game mode is said to have a strong emphasis on the melee weapons in the game. It sounds like a brilliant idea to let players run around to get up close and make physical contact and get creative with the unique traversal and area of effect damages each weapon has.
Fortnite Players Will Love This Rumored Game Mode
The creativity of the developers knows no limits. Epic Games have come up with unique ideas for gear and traversal, like the recentguitar mythic item inFortnitethat can be used by players to launch themselves in the air and zip away then attack from above with a powerful area of effect attack. Leaks are coming out of the word work and it seems like the developers have come up with a new game mode succeeding Reload.
Epic is working on a new LTM codenamed “MoonJade”. This LTM will only include Melee weapons, such as:– Chains of Hades– Shockwave Hammer– Kinetic Blade– Sideways Scythe– Grapple Blade– Nitro FistsIt should be released very soon.#Fortnitepic.twitter.com/Baf6SPhMMB

This new game mode will get the blood pumping and adrenaline rushing. Perhaps Reload and this new game mode codenamed MoonJade will serve as the perfect alternative for those who were not pleased withthe recent Metallica collaboration and the game mode that came with itthat is heavily inspired by the gameplay ofGuitar Hero.

This new game mode will be a nice change of pace from the traditional battle royale matches that are filled with toxic and competitive personalities. Players will have to get up close and personal to engage with enemy players and hit them where it hurts until only one remains and will reign victorious. Third-partying from afar will no longer be an option and enemies will most likely see a player coming from a distance.
Epic Games Is Doing a Great Job With Fortnite Game Modes
This rumored game mode will give the players the rare opportunity to use older items that were vaulted. Perhaps some of these like the kinetic blade were deemed too overpowered and the gaming community has had enough and forced the hand of the developers to eithernerf or lock them awayand continue the never-ending cycle.
“Great way to get shot in the face”: GTA 6 Needs to Avoid Pleasing the Battle Royale Masses and Ignoring a Fortnite Staple, No Matter How Desperate Some Are
The developers are offering the gaming community more options to enjoy the game. The battle royale game mode has nothing new to share and it wouldn’t hurt to give the players an alternative where they can sharpen their skills before the next big battle royale game.
MoonJade is rumored to bring back fan-favorite weapons and players who grew accustomed to these vaulted equipment will feel like riding an old bike. Melee-based game modes will be pure carnage and it seems like that is what Epic Games is going for.

Epic Games should do limited-time modes more often and give the players something fresh but familiar at the same time. Perhaps older concepts and ideas will return sometime soon in the present season.
