Who Is Cissnei
Before the events of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and during the events of Crisis Core,Cissnei was an up-and-coming Turk.She was the youngest person ever to be recruited to join this team, and she worked to prove herself and get stronger despite her younger age. During the events of Crisis Core,Cissnei met and befriended Zack Fair, a First-Class SOLDIER.
During the events of the Genesis War,Cissnei was assigned to keep an eye on Zack,and the two got closer as they continued to work together. After theGenesis War,Zack decided to leave SOLDIER, and Cissnei was a part of the team assigned to track him down and bring him back. While he didn’t return them,Cissnei had feelings for Zack and ultimately betrayed Shinra and her position as a Turk to help Zack escape.

While the exact details of how she left Shinra are not clear, theevents of the Genesis War and Zack led Cissnei to no longer trust Shinra and leave.Having seen the destruction Shinra caused in Gongaga, she would laterjoin the town in an attempt to help them rebuildand also protect it from future Shinra advances.
