Elden Ring: How To Get Bolt Of Gransax

Electrify foes with the lightning of the ancient dragons! Here’s how you may find and obtain the Bolt of Gransax in Elden Ring.

One is class-specific, while the other has extreme general usage. The Blessed Dew Talisman falls under the general category. This is one of the best, if not the best early-game Talisman you can acquire while beginning your adventure to become Elden Lord.

Acquiring Torrent And The False Chest

At the very start of your journey, you will saddle up on your trusty steed,Torrent. Once you have him, you will easily be able to access the Blessed Dew Talisman. To reach this Talisman, make your way back to the First Steps Site of Grace and travel Southeast. Keep moving Southeast until you stumble across theBridge of Sacrifice, which will bring you into one of your first new regions in the Lands Between, theWeeping Peninsula.

Once you’ve crossed onto the Weeping Peninsula, you will have to travel Southwest until you reach theTower of Return. There is a reasonable amount of enemies guarding the tower so verify you’re careful in dispatching them, especially if you’re still a low level. If you’re having trouble defeating these enemies, you may want to dash past them, climb the ladder as fast as possible, and slay the enemy manning the ballista. The choice is yours. From this point, you will notice an innocent-looking chest at the top of the tower; open the chest, and you will teleport to another location.

The Sleeping Giant And The Blessed Dew Talisman

When you’re done teleporting, you will find yourself far North in the late-game territory,Leyndell, The Royal Capital. Climb the staircase up ahead and make sure you rest at the Site of Grace (you’ll be happy you did). Before you clumsily run through the entrance ahead, take note of the area ahead of you; there will be a sleeping giant on the ground, and two platforms with stairs, one on the left and one on your right.

Once you’re ready, sprint to the platform on the right, open the chest, and take the item inside. Congratulations, you’ve obtained the coveted Blessed Dew Talisman! But your task isn’t complete yet. Be cognizant of the waking giant’s movements as he may slash out at you before you’re able to exit the room. Leave the way you came in and make your way down the stairs as fast as possible;the giant can’t pursue you past the top of the stairs.

The Blessed Dew Talisman Effects

You now have the Blessed Dew Talisman in your inventory; fantastic! But what does it do? According to its description, the item “Gradually restores HP.” While it may not seem like that big of a deal, there are many times in battle when you simply don’t have enough time to use a Flask of Crimson Tears, or maybe you ran out and had to defeat the enemy in a near-perfect run. In these situations, restoring 2 HP per secondcan become a crutch in your inventory, especially when stacked with items likeWarming Stonesor a concoction in yourFlask of Wondrous Physick.
