Should the player need to obtainFormal Rainmentto attend the event, head to thefront entrance of the castle grounds and take a left to Watchhead’s Home.Walk inside and headstraight in to find a pair for Formal Rainmentsitting on the ground, take it, and return to the castle. To the right of the castle entrance will be abench players can rest at to make it nighttime,when the event is happening.

Attending The Masquerade
Wearing Formal Rainment along with the maskwill let your character walk onto castle grounds without being questioned. At night, head through the gate and to thebuilding on the right side of the grounds.Should there not be a Masquerade that night, simply return to the bench outside the gate and wait another day before coming back.
Inside the Masquerade, players will see a figure walking towards the back rooms. Follow the outer hallways to the back,find the middle of the back wall between the two back rooms, and walk into it.Right in the center will be a fake wall your character will open,leading outside and to the building next door.Upon entering the other building, Rose Chataeu Bordelrie, players will be saved by and introduced to Wilhelmina.
After learning the truth about the fake Sovran and the queen’s plans, players willreceive amembership to the Chateauand will be able to walk out the front door.Return to Captain Brant to complete the mission and proceed with the next step in the plan to retake the throne.
In the same city as this quest, players are able to find the quest to unlock theSorcerer and Warrior Vocations.Unlocking wither of these Vocations will give players new gear, which can beenhancedto give a great head start in a new Vocation.
