One of the recent fan theories is that one of the Earthlings is an alien. The mentioned Earthling is the daughter of Capsule Corporation’s owner, Bulma. While Bulma has always been portrayed as a human, her ability to create scientific tools easily led to the birth of the theory.
Dragon Ball‘s Bulma Has An Alien Intellect
Bulma has been one of the pillars of theDragon Ballfranchise. It was her father’s wealth and scientific brilliance that helped the Z warriors find the Dragon Balls with ease and come out of perilous situations. But there might be a reason why Capsule Corp’s owner always has a new technology to support new expeditions. They could easily build spaceships inspired by alien tech. The reason behind this could be Bulma and her father belong to different species.
A fan theory suggests that, like theNamekians, Dr. Brief arrived on Earth as an infant. That is why he does not have any memory of his former planet. He married Bikini, and together they had Bulma and Tights.Bulma, like her father, is also a scientific genius and has built several machinery, including the time machine. The Blue hair signifies their species and explains why Trunks is different from other Saiyans.
He does not have spiked hair, and compared to other Saiyans, he has more knowledge about science stuff. Moreover, inDragon Ball Super: Brolymovie, King Vegeta had a scientist with blue hair. So, it further strengthens the theory that Dr. Brief belongs to a species that has a knack for science. Otherwise, Capsule Corp could not have built such complex machines, with no other company building on Planet Earth.
Goku Owes His Life To Bulma
Bulma has been there for Goku since the beginning of theDragon Ballfranchise. Her scientific background and intellect have often rescued her from different situations. The Dragon Radar was one of the most useful tools that helped them track down the Dragon Balls and revive Goku and others. Even when Black Goku was about to destroy everything in Future Trunks’ timeline, her time machine helped them escape the dire situation.

But Dr. Brief, being from another species, is still a fan theory. Until the creators confirm it, nothing can be said for certain.
