Disney Speedstormis one of the latestgames that Disney has released. Each Racer in Disney Speedstorm has access to a set of skills that they can acquire by collecting skill boxes during a race; some of these will even level up in power. Each racer also has a unique skill just for them, and these will help them be able to affect races that best suits their style. The skills that are shared between several races include Bomb, which lets racers throw an explosive bomb either in front or behind them.

Boost for an increased burst of speed. Cloak to become invisible or stun opponents for shorter invisibility. Fire to create an aura, explosion, or trail of flames behind them. Hack to disrupt opponents. Shield to protect themselves from damage. Shot creates a projectile that can be guided or one that ricochets. Rush to instantly dash forward. Finally, Catch-up that will quickly teleport the user through the track — or slowly teleport them while stunning other racers. This list focuses purely on the skills themselves and not the racers as a whole.
10Cutlass Flurry
Cutlass Flurry is the unique skill of the infamous Captain Jack Sparrow and is kind of a let-down for the character. This ability is a one trick pony when compared to the others; you would expect something much more flashy up the sleeve of the popular trickster who is not the onlypirate to appear in video games.
It creates an area of effect that will stun any enemies that come within it’s range and can be made bigger by shortening its duration. While this skill is in effect, Jack will build nitro. At each additional level, this skill will have its duration extended and will increase how much nitro is generated while it is in effect.
9Bare Necessities
Bare Necessities is the unique skill of Baloo. When activated, it will allow him to place various rotten fruits behind him. Any other races that hit into these fruits will be stunned by them. Alternatively, Baloo can place various fresh fruit in front of him that will add to his nitro fuel.
Other racers will be able to pick up the fresh fruit to gain the nitro for themselves, which drops this otherwise very useful ability down a bit. At each additional level, this skill will be able to increase how much fruit will be thrown onto the track.
8Jade Captain’s Knot
Jade Captain’s Knot is the unique skill of Elizabeth Swan, and this skill allows her to dash forward and knock enemies out of her way. This is not as useful for winning races as other speed orientated skills and is more for exchanges with other racers.
It can be useful when you are having trouble getting past annoying racers, but the alternate option for this ability is to leave a trail that can block other racers, making her a rather annoying racer to be up against. At each additional level, this skill will be able to increase the duration of her skill.
7Enchanted Rose
Enchanted Rose is the unique skill of Beast and has him let out a mighty roar into racers ahead of him. There is an option to leap forward before doing so, which can add some versatility when a racer ahead of you is out of reach, and you don’t want to risk wasting it.

This extra bit of reach bumps it up a bit — other brawling skills can be lacking such a feature. Upon activating this skill three times, The Beast will become enraged. At each additional level, this skill will have the duration of the roar extended and will increase the distance covered by the leap.
6Why I Oughta…
“Why I Oughta…” is the unique skill of Donald Duck and will create a shield that protects him from one hit. While this might seem like just a weaker invulnerability, once the shield breaks, Donald is thrown into a frenzy where he will hit and stun any racer that is near him.
Timing the use of this before you take damage will allow you to reap the most rewards from it. At each additional level, this skill will increase how long the shield is up and how long Donald is in this angry mode.
5Military Might
Military Might is the unique skill of Li Shang and cause him to pull out a wooden staff that can either be thrown forward or be used to spin around him. Throwing the staff forward is useful when there are no racers around you and you need to hit someone that is further away, but the best application is to spin it.
This will stun all nearby racers and will protect Li Shang in the process. At each additional level, this skill will make the staff spin faster and increase the duration of the spin.
4Enchanted Mirror
Enchanted Mirror is the unique skill of Belle, and when used, it can do one of two things. The first will let her create various pieces of furniture that will be able to stun other racers that crash into them. The other option will create birds that will speed her up.
Having the option to choose which one you need more during the race adds a fantastic versatility to this racer, and it can lead to moving ahead several positions each time you have it. At each additional level, this skill will add more furniture, or increase the duration of the birds.
3Trailblazer
Trailblazer is the unique skill of Mickey Mouse and will have him start to conduct a musical melody, which will also create a trail behind his kart. While this music plays, Mickey receives a speed boost, however, this trail is able to be used by other racers to also gain a speed boost, which can be troublesome later.

An optional invulnerability lets you pass between racers without the risk of getting into a brawl. It still ranks high for just how much distance you’re able to cover with this, and it still dramatically increases your odds of winning from such a speed boost. At each additional level, this skill will increase the duration.
2Olympian Flyby
Olympian Flyby is the unique skill of Hercules, and when it is used, it will summon Pegasus to create a trail. By moving along this trail, Hercules will receive a speed boost. What’s more, the trail can have one of two other abilities. The first protects Hercules from damage — very good for the final dash towards the finish line.
The second will stun other racers that are near it, which can be incredibly rewarding when you knock several racers in front of you out of the way as you put some distance between them and you. At each additional level, this skill will increase the duration of Pegasus making this trail.
1Grecian Burn
Grecian Burn is the unique skill of Meg and is borderline overpowered. This skill is a strait-up speed boost that increases its duration for each other racer you pass before any level ups. It is not uncommon to go from last place all the way to second with one use of this skill.
While in first place, the skill can instead make Meg intangible while leaving a trail that blinds enemies, greatly increasing her chances of staying in first place. At each additional level, this skill will increase the duration of it being in effect.
