Mark Ruffalo’s significant other in the MCU, The Hulk, did not appear for the rest ofAvengers: Infinity War.Having some emotional problems with Bruce Banner. Hulk and Banner get into a fight right when Ruffalo’s character is in the Hulkbuster fighting the Children of Thanos.

Well, a deleted scene reveals that the studio was considering giving a glimpse of Smart Hulk during the fight. With Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner and The Hulk fighting verbally and finally turning into Smart Hulk, the scene is truly iconic.

Throughout the majority ofAvengers: Infinity War,we don’t see The Hulk fighting at all. Despite beingone of the strongest Avengers, glimpses of the Hulk denying Bruce Banner to come out and fight are shown, and it was somewhat annoying till a certain point.

Well, to counter the Hulk problem,Mark Ruffalo(as Bruce Banner) commandeers the Hulkbuster and fights off Thanos’ army during the end ofInfinity War.The Hulkbuster gets involved in a 1v1 with Cull Obsidian (the big bad dude in Thanos’ army), and yet, Hulk refuses to fight. In a deleted scene shared onX(formerly Twitter), a glimpse of Smart Hulk is shown, and he is… pretty smart!

Although the fight is almost the same as the on-screen fight shown inAvengers: Infinity War,the major difference is that in the movie, it was Hulkbuster who straps his boot to the leg of Cull Obsidian and in the deleted scene, it is Smart Hulk who does the feat. Not making a big difference to the movie, the people still wonder that it would have been good to show a glimpse of Smart Hulk in the film rather than close him away at all costs.
