Well, although people had high hopes for the Dakota Johnson-Valentine release this year,Madame Webhas been all over the place. From sloppy marketing to confusing script with dialogue disasters, the film’s journey has been anything but smooth. With a dismal 17% on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s safe to sayMadame Webmissed the mark.
But hold on, Johnson isn’t alone here! Turns out, the writers are in a bit of a pickle, churning out one dud after another. That’s why @CultureCrave on X cooked up a spicy list, showcasing the Rotten Tomato scores from the writers Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless’ previous ventures. And it does not look good on them.

As viewers, fans are left with frustration and a big fat nothing burger.

And last and definitely the least, we haveGods of Egyptwhich just might take the crown for being the worst of the bunch. With a dismal 14% on Rotten Tomatoes, it’s not just bad, it’s downright atrocious. So bad that the film doesn’t even fall into the category of“so bad it’s good.”Blame it on the trademark of Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, the plot ofGods of Egyptis an incomprehensible mess. While actors likeGerard Butlercan hardly be faulted, they’re burdened with delivering terrible dialogue. It was one wild ride, that’s for sure.
