Alternate endings are one of the most beloved features of video games. Depending on players' choices and if they went way beyond the normal requirements can result in a different outcome and give players an incredible sense of accomplishment.

Cocoon is apuzzle gamethat involves lots ofwell-designed platforming areas. Players move in and out of many different worlds represented by spheres that the player can carry and even place within one another. It has a very simplistic structure consisting of movement and a single action button.

How To Solve All Secret Puzzles
It is highly recommended that you firstplay out the game to 98%, as it will make it a lot easier tolocateall the secret puzzles. This game features an option for you to head back at anypercentage markand re-explore it. If you make a mistake in one of the following locations, you will need tostart that spot over. All the following puzzles involve running over little symbolsthat are poking out of the ground. Running into them causes them to sink into the floor and glow. Once all of them are in the ground and glowing, they willpop back out shortly after.

You will see lots ofred-ringed beaconson the percentage mark display icon. Tap the symbolsclockwisein the following order:Second last, middle, last, first, second. Once this is done, you will need to input a second code which is as follows:Last, second last, second, middle, first. Finally, tap them in this order:Middle, second last, first, second, last. This will cause awireframe objectto manifest before erupting into many smaller balls of light.
Just like before, the displayed image for this percentage will be the spot you are looking for toinputthese codes. For this one you will find thefirst symbol underneath the glowing sphere, below it will be the second, with the rest to the right. Tap them in the following order:Second, middle, first, last, second last.Afterward, use the following order:First, last, second, middle, second last. The final order will be:Middle, second, second last, last, first. This will trigger another wireframe object to manifest and burst into a series of small lights.
Again, you will see some beacons with red rings. You will need to becarrying your orange orbto light up the bridge to make it to this point. The first order for this spot will be:First, middle, second, last, second last. The Next order you will need to use will be:Middle, second, first, last, second last. Finally, you will use the following:Second, second last, last, middle, first. You will see the wireframe object form and burst like before.
The first sequence for this one will be:Second, last, first, second last, middle. Next will be:Second last, second, middle, last, first. Finally, you will need to use the following:First, middle, last, second last, second. Once you have done this correctly, the wireframe object will form and explode like last time.
Be sure you know where each of the symbols are for this one as they are not too clear. There are5 total, and you canfail on purpose for this first attempt just to know where they all are. Once all 5 are highlighted, treat thetop one as the first symboland go down. The first sequence is:Last, Second, first, second last, middle. Your second input will be:First, second, second last, last, middle. For the final input of this spot, you will need to use the following order:Middle, first, second last, second, last.
This will be thelastof the puzzles you will need to complete. For the first series of inputs, use the following sequence:Second last, second, middle, first, last. For the second input, use:Middle, last, first, second, second last. Finally, use the following to complete this spot:Second, middle, last, second last, first.

How To See The Secret Ending
Once you have completed all the puzzles in the table above you will now need to head to thelarge doors located at the end of the game— after defeating theboss. They will open a gateway to adistorted bridge. Follow the bridge to the stone steps, and from these stone steps, head up the spiral staircase. At the top will be a devicethat will shoot you off into the sky. Glide to another one of the same devices, and then to a third one. Landing safely on the ground below. Head to the middle of thelarge stone structure with the glowing white symbolon top.
you may now sit back, relax, and enjoy the following cutscene. This cutscene will be followed by some creditsand then a post-credit cutscene.
What Does The Secret Ending Mean?
In the cutscene, you will seeseveral other entitiestraveling through the void, each carrying an orb similar to the ones the player has been using. Just like how the player character couldembed orbs within orbs, each of the orbs they are carrying has a deep level of complexity to it. This means that the player character isnot the only onewho has been undergoing such an ordeal and that these entities could pose aspotential allies or story elementsfor a possible sequel title. The game has done a phenomenal job of telling a storywithout the need for any dialog, written words, or complex controls. It is a testament to how much can be accomplished with aminimalist approachwhile keeping the entire experience fun and entertaining.
