Ubisoft has made players wait quite a long while forStar Wars Outlawsbut the game is finally set to launch later next month. The developer seems to be leaving no stones unturned to bring every gamer’s attention to the title.

Star Warsis a massive IP and the developer has invested a lot of money in the marketing of the game. Ubisoft’s CEO said that the game has the biggest marketing ever from the company but fans are questioning its worth.

Star Wars Outlawsis being seen as a game that will take the IP to new heights. This is also the firstStar Warsgame from theAssassin’s Creedpublisher, it wants to do justice to the game and the audience.

It recently revealed that the game has the biggest marketing budget for any game it has launched so far. Speaking during company’s latest quarterlyearnings call Q&A, CEO Yves Guillemot said that company is expecting a“strong launch.”
Guillemot added that the reasoning behind is the anticipation for the game and “positive sentiment” from the community. He further stated that the game has the“biggest marketing campaign ever so far for a Ubisoft game.”

Wait does that include Siege and all the animated stuff they do for the new seasons?!?!?! If so thats wild.
Now this sounds like a good thing, as the developer can show everything that the game has to offer and much more. The right marketing could also pull in a lot more players but fans are questioning this move from the company.

Fans Are Shocked With the Marketing Budget Claim
Fans are not sure about this claim from the developer. Many have raised questions saying that they have not seen much marketing around the game. They have said that there should be more as the game launch is very close.

Several fans also said that there is only a few gameplay clips on the internet that too are“average.”One player said that they’ve only seen a gameplay that“everyone is calling clunky.”
This shocks me, i haven’t seen much marketing for this game at all yet. its still a month away ik, all ive seen is that IGN gameplay that everyone is calling clunky

The player is referring to therecent video that showed first few minutes of gameplayand received mixed reactions from fans. Some fans have also said that they were excited about the game but the gameplay looks“mid.”
I love Star wars but the core gameplay for this just looks really average, I hope it’s better then the previews but I’m not wowed by this

Players said that they’ve seen more forMiragethanOutlaws. Fans are not really buying the validity of the move and the developer needs to up its game now if it really wants the title to do well.
