Grillo spilled the beans during a chat withComicBook.comwhile promoting his new movie, Lights Out.He mentioned catching up with his Marvel buddies but is all hyped aboutCreature Commandosand the potential it’s packing. Grillo revealed,

“I would love it. I was just with Kevin Feige and Lou D’Esposito and the Russo Brothers. They honored Lou. And I was with Pratt and Batista, and I was like, God, I wish you would bring me back. I said, Lou, before I’m too old, bring me back. He said, We’ll talk.”

Further, the actor added,

Speaking toScreen Rant, Grillo spilled the beans that the script forPurge 6is all wrapped up and ready to roll. And get this, it’s supposed to be the grand finale of the whole shebang.

Grillo, who plays Leo Barnes in the series, couldn’t stop raving about the script, crossing his fingers that the studio’s on board to make it happen.

“The script is done. It basically centers around Leo Barnes, my character. It would be the last of the last of the last, it’s like the guy who keeps retiring. James DeMonaco is going to direct it, if it happens, and it’s a matter of money. It’s a matter of how big they want the movie to be, how much money they want to spend on the movie, considering they’ve done a lot in this franchise. But it’s a great script.”

ThePurgesaga kicked off back in 2013 with the original flick, and since then, it’s been one sequel after another. Grillo jumped into the mix withThe Purge: Anarchyin 2014, playing the badass LAPD sergeant, Leo Barnes.
