It would be cool if they stuck with villian spin offs, would give a different feel to the univser If it was very villain focused

I would personally love to see a League of Shadows live action series that leads up to Bruce Wayne showing up. How Ra’s Al Ghul came to power, his family, and the whole backstory there. The Lazarus Pit. Man that would be dope.

Bane, who is originally a Cuban-born Christian in the comics, was portrayed by an English movie star,Tom Hardy,in Christopher Nolan’sThe Dark Knight Rises. If they were to do a show on him or an introduction in the movies, fans would want a more comic-accurate interpretation of the character. It remains to be seen if Reeves will integrate Bane into his Batverse.

In an interview withEntertainment Weekly, showrunner Lauren LeFranc compared the series toScarfacein terms of its ‘rise to power’ story of the iconic Batman supervillain.

LeFranc further teased that the series will serve as a narrative bridge betweenThe Batmanand the sequel with certain elements and plot points. The showrunner said,

It’s a Scarface story. It’s a rise-to-power story of Oz before he really makes it to the top. He’s very smart and very methodical, but he’s also extremely impulsive. you’re able to’t predict what he’s going to do. We are the bridge between the two films. We’re going almost directly into the second film Matt has planned.

The highly anticipated series will premiere on Max on August 16, 2025.
