With Episode 84, theAttack on Titananime adaptation is slowly reaching its ending, with the Japanese voice actors of the series reacting on Twitter, most notably Eren’s VA Yuki Kaji.
Most of the seiyuu (Japanese voice actors) pursued this career because they were anime otaku in the first place and were inspired by veteran seiyuu. This is the case of Yuki Kaji, the voice of Eren Yeager, who’s one of the most popular seiyuu in Japan. He’s quite active on Twitter as well, so needless to say he regularly shares his impressions and comments on anime as well.

Yuki Kaji shared his thoughts on Episode 84, commenting on the survivors in the main cast so far all banding together, discussing the rumbling and stopping Eren. He most notably shared his appreciation of Jean, explaining why he’s one of his favorite characters, and particularly liked the throwback to Marco’s line before his tragic death.
Yuki Kaji:“Feelings are always a complicated thing to explain. I’ve always liked how Jean feels so human, being so honest with his feelings. I am eternally grateful for what Marco did as well”.
