What Are Milk Molars?
Milk Molars are a form of progressionin Grounded that provides you with some helpful bonuses. They’llincrease your health or stamina, and the better version, Mega Milk Molars, will increase your stack sizes for various items.
When playing multiplayer, Milk Molar Upgrades are individual, while Mega Milk Molar Upgrades are shared by everyone.
This can be incredibly helpful for any number of reasons. If you’re struggling a bit with certain combat scenarios or lugging things around, spending some time finding these will make it much easier overall.

Milk Molar Locations
Each section of the map houses at least a few Milk Molars. It’s easiest to do it by sections and knock them out all at once, although some, like the ones in theRed Ant Hatchery Anthill, will be in the same anthill, but in different sections.
You can purchase the Milk Molar Scanner from the Ranger Station after collectingOptical Disk Cfrom the Ice Cream Cart.

There are a lot of these things to collect, so if you have any friends along with you, it’ll make it significantly easier. You can spread out and knock out sections relatively quickly, especially since now you know where they are.
Grounded 2 is a co-opgame for a reason, and just like most games, it’s better with friends. You also don’t have to worry about everyone getting each Milk Molar, since you share progress with everyone in the world.
