Going with a series format, the storytelling can be more in-depth and various elements that were not explored in theDaniel Radcliffe-led films can now be included and done justice through a series.

Harry Potter‘s godfather has a long history with his father James Potter during their time at Hogwarts. The character has a rich and complex narrative before the birth ofHarry Potter. A full-blown spin-off exploring the origins of Sirius Black, his friendship with James Potter, and the formation of the Order of the Phoenix will be a great spin-off for WB to do.
Fans have already expressed interest in a Marauders project for years and this will be a great opportunity to do just that. It will also act as a prelude to the mainHarry Potterseries that WB is adapting.
2Albus Dumbledore
While many knowHarry Potter‘s Albus Dumbledore as the headmaster of Hogwarts, fans would have loved to see how he amassed the incredible magical knowledge and skills he possesses. An origin story of a young Albus Dumbledore would be fascinating to witness as one can delve into the mind of such a learned and revered figure.
The epic battle between and the Order of Phoenix led by Dumbledore can act as the climax of such an exciting spin-off project. This will act as the perfect precursor to the events of the mainHarry Potterstoryline.
3Severus Snape
Severus Snape is arguably the most emotionally complex character in theHarry Potterworld. While fans are aware of his hostility and it goes back to James Potter, the full scope of his prime years at Hogwarts and his conflict with Potter will be exciting focal points for his spin-off project.
It will also be a fascinating character exploration for the beloved anti-hero who presents himself with a tough and cruel exterior and has an underlying sense of pain and anguish. It will be a great acting showcase for whoever plays the role just like Alan Rickman did in the films.

The character of Minerva McGonagall is highly regarded in the world ofHarry Potterand has a rather interesting backstory. 5Salazar Slytherin
As one of the founding members of Hogwarts, Salazar Slytherin had a rather cunning philosophical approach including his hatred for muggle-born wizards. He is also known to be amongst the best wizards of his time and it would be fitting to explore the nuances of such a character and how he came to be this way through a spinoff story of his own.
There is so much one can do with his character; it would be a dark and unique character study. It is also deserved as except inHarry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the films did not heavily focus on him.
